We have worked on variety of new commercial/residential building construction projects with the most cost effective and innovative solutions. We have been working with several architectural and construction firms and provided structural design detail drawings and along with different services such as inspections during the project construction.

Structural and Foundation Inspections

Providing Structural Designing is vital to maintaining safety in most projects we undertake at ISTA Engineers. For example, cracks on the walls or foundation often needs to be inspected by a certified structural engineer to make sure if the cracks/gaps affects the structural integrity of the building or the foundation. We issue a letter stating if the structure or the foundation needs to be fixed or in some cases there is no issue with those cracks and the letter makes the owner or the buyer to ensure about the safety of the structure and integrity of the building.

Pedram Amin and Bahareh Basirat, founders of ISTA ENGINEERS, had a vision for a Structural Engineering Firm that would bring innovation into our lives in a way that no other company had done before.
